The Center offers individual, couples, and family psychotherapy services on a regular basis.
The specific therapeutic approaches used by individual providers include Cognitive
Behavioral Interventions, Family Systems Treatment, Motivational Interventions, and other
research-supported interventions.

Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) / Merrifield Center
The CSB offers counseling, medication, crisis response, recovery supports and other services for children and youth (and their families) with mental health concerns and/or substance use disorders.
CSB supports the residents of Fairfax County, with or without insurance.
Entry & Referral Call Center – is the starting point for accessing services through the CSB.

Walk-in Services – Youth and adults can also come in person without a prior appointment to be screened for services at Entry & Referral.

Inova Psychiatric Assessment Center
A walk-in clinic providing same-day psychiatric services for adult mental health evaluations and medication management services.
After your first visit, follow-up appointments can be scheduled at other Inova outpatient centers for continued care.
